So the shape is the same but it has like a screw keeper or etc. to hold the bait. Is the hook the same or does have more of a worm shape hook or a 60degree offset on the eye. I think I get it. just felt a little foolish telling people to use a shakey head when I ment a ball head.

I always thought that a Shakey Head and a Ball head was the same. After reading The article on Grubs, I now know they are different. What is the difference?

I would recommend KeelSheild. I have a KeelGaurd on my boat and had some issues with it separating not from the boat, but from the plies within itself. Being a Dumbazz and not knowing what I had I called keelsheild and explained to them what was happening. They said they would send me everything to remove the old and install new one. They ask me to send them pics, so I did. They contacted me and informed me that I did not have aKeelsheild but a Keelgaurd but offered me the same deal at a reduced price. I then contacted keelguard and sent them pics and they said they would send me a new one if I paid shipping and nothing about any of the things needed to replace. This is less than 2 years old. I ended up fixing myself but if I get another one it will be a Keell shield due to the great customer service.

A big vacant parking lot is a good idea. get some cones if you can. With a Tracker you will be able to load and unload it farely easy because of the weight. (wind also a factor though) If around any lakes that have some smaller abscure ramps that big boats can't launch on might be your best bet for practice loading and unloading.

How due compare candle power to Lumens? say a 1 million candle power is equivelent to how many hundred or thousand lumens?

Anyone have any info on El Dorado lake? Heading out in the AM to see what we can catch. Might do some crappies or Walleye. I think will probably do mostly bass fishing because its suppose to be pretty windy. Imagine That!

If you have 3 batteries, get a 3 bank charger. Depending on how fast you wont to charge determines how many amps per bank you need. Plug into a 110 volt outlet and leave it alone. I would recommend checking out levels in batteries to make sure there up to snuff. I would also recommend checking on the charger and batteries every week or two.

Get an onboard charger leave it plugged in.(Most new onboard chargers maintain). PUT A SET OF JUMPER CABLES IN THE BOAT! I always carry a set just in case.

What is the best way to Texas Rig a tube? Do you run the hook in the middle or through bottom and out the top? Weedless?

If it has the slide button for speed control, take apart foot pedal and shim behind the contact strip. I had one that was doing the same thing and found it was not making good contact.

I have had back surgeries and problems for years. I found that avoiding ruff water and sitting or leaning on something as much as possible when fishing helps. running the trolling motor is worst. I let my partner run the boat and fish from the back when possible. The best thing you can do is catch a fish on every other cast! That will take 99% of the pain away at least while your on the water!

No need to have separate wire for lss. just take off of one of unit power wires. just make sure you have big enough wire. I would use 14-18 stranded from the battery.

I don't have a problem with anyone keeping what they catch as long that they are legal. I think there is a reason why they set limits on size and quanity. I keep alot of what i catch because i like to eat fish. I have fish in my freezer that i keep for fish fry's and me and moma. When I get to the point when I have enough I release. If you dont have any limits on your lake, I would contact your fish & game to ask why or if they can do anything to establish some. There will always be some Clown breaking the rules wherever you go or some Treehugger thinking your destroying mother nature. Best thing you could do is do what you can legally and in good taste.
