bought new boat in 06, traded it last fall. Probably had total of $2500 in repairs and upgrades. New boat I have had 4 mths, already have over $4000 in upgrades. I sure hope this not a trend for the future!

Got a chance to spend a couple of hours with him 2 or3 years ago at downstream casino in Oklahoma. they were having a tournament called fish and chips I think where they fished one day on grand lake and played a poker tournament the next. I had no idea it was going on and I was sitting at the bar and he and skeet reece cam and sat down next to me. I introduced myself to him and told him I liked his show. they sat there and talked and included me in there conversations as if we had been friends for along time. kinda neat experience.

I use braid on everything. My uncle calls it the "devil wire", because when it backlashes, its a bear to pick out.

mine have done the same thing, they cast and work fine. i noticed after i used on thewater for a bit, the line evenend out. should not be a problem.

all i useis 832. is good stuff. great feel and sensitivity. neverhave broken a line or knot.

i use 832 braid on most my reels i have yet to find a pair of scissors to cut it clean. any suggestions?

in what application would an 8:1 ratio reel for. just looking at stx generation 3 reels and see they have them. i have 2 7:1 reels i use for buzz baits. just dont know why you need anything faster.

does she still have the country squire? just about the only good fishing show i can remember in the sxties

my book says turn ign key to on press and hold (mode) and (light ) key for 3 seconds. should come up cal 1 press mode key press (light button for on or off press mode button the word trim and down should blink trim to full down press (light) button to save press mode to advance to 10 setting trim motor all the way out press (light) to save press mode to 25 setting trim out to maximum trailor position (whatever that is, let me know if you know) press (light) to save

its just a shame its denver!

not a whole lot to due with fishing anymore. great if you want to go to canada for a trip or a new ski boat, dont seem to have all the little accs's and fun stuff.
