exactly plain and simple youve got im assuming a newer motor use whats recommended who would know better than the merc techs call a dealership talk to a tech the optis are not your old carbed motors they are very efficient and should be run on what is recommended sent you instant message

have you fished before cause if not you might wanna go practice some it never hurts to get some more confidence good luck

why spend good money on a great motor to only use cheap and unrecommended oil in it the proper oil is an insurance for some peace and mind it may cost 30 bucks but its not like you have to go buy oil every week dont be cheap use the recommended oil

get the biggest you can afford theres no other logical answer you can always use less power but you can never have to much

im a life member with the nafc the mag is ok the website is just ok the testing stuff was good i never tested anything i wanted to go purchase the only problem with them is they keep sending books and videos like every other week and some you need to pay return shipping on it was a pain i had them remove my name from the junk mailing list well that also takes your name off the testing list also if your thinking about the life membership its ok but dont expect much from the rod it takes almost 8 months to receive it and it breaks first time out many members have complained on the rod but this website is far better

ive got 2 questions what brands are you considering? why would you want a four stroke they are heavier rrequire more maintanence and have several mechanical issues go with the optimax u wont be disapointed

if you had a lot of experience youd want a butt seat you wouldnt have to put it up but youd want it for yourself also you might wanna add a travel cover to your want listand a keelsheild and it never stops also some electronics at the bow

what year is your nitro what model motor? im just curious as far as your prop goes if its really damaged you should be able to claim it onto your insurance id check in on it how bad is your prop?
