I don't fish senkos in any type of current.I'm Dead Serious.I never do well with them in current for whatever reason.I only break them out when the water is pretty much dead calm. Fat Ika however....Got a little more action and the fish around here seem to like it. Same reason why i fish a lot of tube baits in the river systems.

I watched somebody spit dip on a bait and still catch fish.I'm pretty convinced once the bait hits the water it disperse I can't function without it either.

You'd think they could ship/sell it to an aquarium or zoo where it would not be used for shows and have extremely limited interaction with people. Not a bad point you raise but now we enter economics. How much longer will this whale live and does the cost of new housing justify the expense? After 3 episodes of tragedy and me being left of liberal on almost everything, I still support the death penalty in this case. Yeah the dumb idiots put the animal back in after the first one.Much less it happens 2 more times...LOL "Stupid is as stupid does"

Well said.....I don't agree with putting down an animal who shouldn't have been held captive in the first place. Let him live his life out in a big body of water being well fed.He at least deserves that for bringing in all that money for those greedy Sea World corporate scoundrels.

I use 4# test in open areas when shore fishing.It does make a difference when the fish are extremely finicky. I wouldn't use it near heavy timber though,That's just a disaster waiting to happen.

I'm addicted to Hersey's Special Dark chocolate for whatever reason. Since I'm on a diet,I haven't had it for a long time now. I HATE white chocolate....It just tastes plain nasty to me.

A lot of people that i invite out fishing with me are in the same state.Depression wreaks havoc on one's life big times.Just to watch them get outdoors with me puts them in a state happiness.We just joke around and have some fun.Plus they have access to all my baits and lures...LOL. It's very,very easy to get depressed here in Michigan.I've been up here for about 6 years now and i can sometimes feel it(winters are the worst).I've never felt it when i was in the south. I also feel I've gotten much,much hardcore into fishing for the same reason,to avoid depression.I always had a passion for fishing since i was a kid,but never this "hardcore".Even if i was to move again,fishing will always be a part of me.

You should be able to state the "obvious" we were just kidding when we said MI anglers are better... ;D TX should be winning more...you guys can fish all year round down there....we can't.

I paid some serious attention to what these guys were doing with the lipless cranks. I'm be the first to admit,I'm not that great with them.Therefore i really don't have a stockpile of them. Now watching these guys,I realize i need a few more.However I'm going with stringjam suggestion on the jackall TN70...not necessary copying what i saw them using...but it's given me an idea how i need to fish them now. Jackall seems to have the bait I've been needing to add.

We are getting crushed up here in the north too right now. I jinxed myself yesterday when i said "well looks like spring is almost here" Because it was pretty nice outside Saturday and Sunday.Most of the snow was gone too.

As hated as the Quantum brand gets here...it sure seems to perform fine for the pros who use them.

All business = boring. Boring means not good TV. Not good TV means no sponsors. No sponsors = no Elite Series. These guys all have personalities. Chumming it up for the camera for 20 seconds isn't going to make or break their day. If it did they wouldn't do it. I'm glad to see a little comedy and glad to hear some commentary from these guys. If they were all business, all the time, I know I wouldn't watch it. BINGO! Five bass limit nailed it. I'll be the first to admit,I would love to watch Mike fish in person! His energy is almost addicting....Every time i watch him I get excited myself.
