Some jig heads don't hold plastics too well like JigMan stated. I don't use a whole lot of glue though.Just a small dot on the top and bottom where the plastic connects to the jig.Just enough to keep it from twisting on you and coming off if you go through some weeds.

26" common carp on Sunday afternoon on a white tube. The fight was awesome. Bass were nowhere to be found for me,but plenty of baitfish.Crappies and white bass were biting pretty good for the guys that were fishing for them.

When water becomes brackish i tend to try and use something that push water or vibration.It'll give the bass something to key in on.

I like the skip gaps,Owners long neck & wide gap in a size 4/0. I don't skimp on hooks.

You'd think with all these rates getting higher they'd do a better job.....They need to start being able to back track who handled what packages. I've been very lucky here...only one package never made it to me.It's been a few years since it happened and it wasn't a real expensive package either. My delivery guys/gals are pretty cool too.I hope it stays that way here. Christmas rush is coming soon....I doubt this won't be the only complaint we'll hear.

This is pretty much what V&M made, it's just that head with a skirt banded on. Biggest issue with this is it's lead not tungsten. If it's just for basic fishing, it shouldn't be an issue. But if you're planning to use it for punching or anything, it makes it 10 times harder to get into the cover. ahhhh,i see where you are coming from.That would make sense.

I may try and get Gman to make these....would you guys use them? Or are you guys just looking for the skirts with the band without the weights?
