I feel your pain.....I have absolutely no trust in auto mechanics here...I've been through 3 similar stories in my 6 years of living here in MI. My last problem I paid a place $300 in work and labor just to fix a simple radiator leak.They never fixed it(started leaking 2 days later again).I called them back up and told them the problem they told me to bring it in again.They actually wanted to charge me another $250.I told them to go *expletive* .I actually had to take it to a local guy i know to fix it.It cost me another $150....but it actually got fixed. Car mechanics around here are really,really shady....Been hearing a few stories of people getting over charged for work that never got done on the car. :-/

My choice is Daiwa Fuego...Like J Francho said,you can pitch and flip with pretty much anything.

I have some of the ugliest colors around...None of my reels and rods match...much less the same name brand on each other. I can see people matching them just so it looks cool,but as a "must have to match" it's all marketing gimmick to sell their own brand.

I need to get you addicted to tubes.... ;D Tubes are my #1 Spring time bait.Followed by a rubber weedless jig with a medium size trailer of some sort.

They are pretty equal if you ask me. Out of your choices i like Cabela's rod best because there is no cork/foam in front of the reel.I prefer my finger on the blank.BPS power hump on their handle can get annoying after awhile. As far as reels go,it's pretty close...I've have used both and i liked the Extreme just a little bit more.Hard to explain why,but the extremes just felt better in my hands and cranking them.

JJ's Is the strongest I've smelled so far.I can't fathom anything else smelling much stronger. I've lost 2 shirts due to accidentally staining them.

The only different between the two is color availability.

2,one spinning and one baitcaster.I carry a backpack for my baits and lures.

Screwing around with a pellet gun.....I got a small chunk of my finger blown off. I also remember the roman candle fights....light up those roman candles and aim and your buddy. I fell off a cliff once with my bike...My brother actually thought i was dead.

90% of the time when i fish flukes I'm using a split shot about 12" from the bait.Twitch it twice,pause and repeat. 8-)

Walleyes,yellow perch and bluegills.Thought about dipping my toes and doing some Carp fishing.We got some pretty nice sizable carps around here.

The lighter the better.My most common size is 1/8 oz.I will use heavier if i need to.

Unfortunately we got a crappy GM.

Guys,you have to remember everybody makes mistakes.Lord knows i did.I don't hate him at all,i feel sorry for him in a sense and hope he gets some kind of help to beat this stealing addiction he may have.His better judgment got beat by the bait monkey(Possibly a evil twin? ;D).There's a lesson to be learned from this...specially the young kids who can't afford stuff we sometimes show off.Some people have a problem with materialist.It can be a big,big problem and turn into an addiction.He probably couldn't afford the price tag so swapping stickers became his obsession. I'm just looking at this another way. Hopefully he'll man up,clean up and get help.That's my prayer for him.

The Bait monkey usually runs amuck during the winter time for me. I hate winter too... ;D
