First thing I would do would be kneel on my casting deck and thank the fishing gods for letting me find a spot like that. Then I would fan cast the edges with search baits before honing in on specific spots. Probably drop a nice big swimbait along the ridge as well.

Be patient. I just ordered my first batch of them, took them out to the lake yesterday and fished them where I woud normally toss a Senko. Bam! five fish in 1.5 hours. I was able to work deeper water as they fall faster than a senko. I will never not have one tied on at this point.

Very Nicely done!!! Showing footage of hooking into one at the end was a nice touch as well. If you're gonna be a movie star you'll have to hit the tanning bed though.. Great Job and very informative for a newcomer wanting spinnerbait tips.

Question: Lets say you put on a soft plastic, throw it a few times during an outing but don't get bit. You pack up and go home for the day. Do you A. leave on that lure the next trip B. Automatically toss it and rig a fresh one the next time on the water I personally feel like I have to put on a fresh bait every time. Like that lure is now tainted and has bad JU JU.

For what you pay for a Nitro, I don't see the quality. I have looked at the z6 z7 and z9s the thickness of the dash material and the lack of craftsmanship would turn me away from a new one. Not that they don't fish well or aren't quality. For the money I would get a boat with al little better quality materials. Remember, even the Yugo looked good on the showroom floor.

This is a very good smallmouth fishery. Off the breakline you can also try dropshotting gulp leeches or creature baits. I would not go heavier than 8lb flouro. Hang On!!

These look really similar to the old CREME pre rigged worms. they still produce these and you can find them at BPS among other places. In past, I have purchased these with two and three hooks. Man, I used to KILL bass with these when I was a kid.

WOW! I just checked their website, and they do great work. Zell Rowlands Truck is AWESOME!!! I have definately filed this away as an option when and if my boat fades. Fishfordollars, what type of design are you putting on your boat? is it a custom or advertisement? this is a really neat alternative to keep your older boat looking fresh and its fairly affordable.

I had a 10 foot pond Prowler with a 40lb motor guide. I LOVED that boat. Wish I had never sold it. I could get into places you wouldn't dream of getting a regular boat into, small ponds, creeks, rivers etc. Heck, I even took it out on larger lakes and hung close to shore. It fit perfectly into the bed of my truck for quick fishing getaways. you won't be sorry

Very interesting. That would be an interesting option for anyone who maybe had a fixer up that had some bad oxidation. I was speaking to a buddy of mine who sells boats for BPS and he was telling me that it may only run 500 - 1500.00. I don't know the quality. I wonder how BTS would work on the wrapping? :)

Curious: how much does it cost to have your boat wrapped like the pros? How long will it last? What is it made of to make it durable. I may be mistaken but I was told that most pro boats are wrapped and not custom painted. Am I wrong? :-/
