Kinami Hardbaits
Your standards are pretty high, but i really like the flashes. Like the body shape and the cool finish.

brand boycott
War Eagle spinnerbaits. I know a lot of people who say they are the best, but to me Strike King is 4X as good. Zoom plastics. I don't really think they are that bad, but other major companies and smaller guys sale same baits with salt or scent or just at a better price. Zoom just seems like plastic to me.

Carrot stix or Avid???
I just bought a new carrot stix and a St. Croix legend tournament series rod. Haven't fished either yet, but playing with them in the living room I greatly prefer the Carrot. I also hate my Curado 200 on the St. Croix, but the exreme lightness of the Carrot Stick helps balance out that big reel. Sorry I can't help with the Avid.

Would you drive this car?
I would probably never buy one, but I think it looks pretty cool. My understanding is that it is a concept, and no official release date or pricing.

Dang it. I really wanted that star.

Craw question
I mean something like a brush hog or beaver(creature). Not something like cat posted that looks like a crawfish.

Craw question
I tried this a lot last year and then gave up on it b/c I didn't have the same results. Plus, I heard a lot of people on here saying Jig trailers. Guess i'll give it another shot this year. I'm puzzled though b/c I caught bigger fish on beavers and bush bugs than I did the craws.

Quantity vs. Quality
LBH, I guess one of two things are happening 1) I haven't fished enough this winter to remember the two sizes of hooks I use most. I thought it was 3/0 and 4/0 even though I prefer the 4/0. Maybe I use 4/0 and 5/0, but I don't think so. I'm at work can't verify it 2)I just don't rig it very good. If my memory is right and I have trouble with the 4/0 and not a 5/0 then the hook goes too far down and a lot of the time sucks through the bait. Either way the way I rig them seems to be a problem with the hook size I prefer. Great bait I just fish beavers so much, and I have to have a second t-rig pole with that size hook. A little frustrating, but not the end of the world. Wish I was going to Guntersville to see what I was doing wrong w. the 4/0.

Quantity vs. Quality
T-rig, I completly agree, but who is the authority on comletly useless baits. I like many people on here love Strike King spinnerbaits. Unlike many people on here I think War Eagles are completly useless. I hate them and wouldn't fish one if you mailed me 20. I actually formed my opinion on War Eagles before I got super into fishing. I was shocked once I came to this forum to see several people saying they were the best. I honestly believed they were crap.

Craw question
Catt, As a jig trailer or t-rig bait? I'm just amazed that you could have the same results with the bait pictured as a brush hog or beaver. Not saying not possible just different from me.

No doubt about it the Revo S.

Why the Negativity?
Dsaaverda, The storm baits are just simply not as good. THey are not as well made, will not run as well, catch as many fish, or last as long as any of the other baits Burley posted. What they are is about to 15:1 cheaper for all the reasons as i've already listed. At the end of the day you have to decide what you are fishing for, what you can live with hanging on a stump and most importantly what you can afford. If all this points to the storm then fish it. You can't possibly hold a Mattlures ultimate bluegill and say the storm is better, or even close, but you also can't hold a storm and say there is noway i'm catching a fish with this.

Quantity vs. Quality
I will buy high end tackle until the cows come home. For instance, I will probably throw Sammy's as long as they are made and I havent' tried somehting better. However, what I will not do is never try something new.For instance, *** *** is hands down the best in the business. I'm talking name brand, knockoffs or anything. His beaver style baits are just as good as anything(i just wish I could fish them on a 4/0 hook). So I will not foolishly pay more for a name brand when I think there is an imitation that is as good or better than the name brand. By no means do I mean the previous sentence as an insult or attack on anyone. If you feel that any of the name brand baits I mentioned are the best in that particular style of bait than go for it. Its mostly confidence anyways. So if you just think the Zoom Brush Hog is the only way to go then your probably better of sticking with it.
