Best Jig Rod
Another vote for the DX745, absolutely love it. Works great with a Chronarch CI4. But it is mostly subjective, two of the best jig guys I know hate each others rods. Key is finding what you like

Susquehanna Near Harrisburg
poppers early, spinnerbaits, or tubes concentrating behind big rocks were there is a deeper hole and a break in the current. Can't really help with wadeable areas, only been there on jet boats. Great smallmouth area.

Age Limit For Joining A Club
Depends on the club, most I am aware of its 16. But when you find one it would be a question to ask them specifically.

When You Find That Special Some One
There is only one person in the world who can make you happy and that is you. Life cannot be spent being miserable. Some people will say to stay together for the kids, but they forget kids see the unhappiness. It is not fair to them to make them live that way either. Make a happy life for yourself and be there for them.

Maryland's Who's who!
Sounds like a great trip Micorps, not a whole lot of walleye places in the DC area. Tridelphia has some, most are upper potomac in the washington county area and up and Deep Creek Lake.

Firefighters
DCPipeman on here is a Lieutenant in the DC fire department, I am sure he would be willing to talk about it if you PM him.

All Around Baitcaster
A good all around setup is a MH/Fast rod with a 6.x to 1 reel. You will get all kinds of responses as to brands, mostly based on what the responder has themselves. I would suggest going to a store and trying out a few rods/reel combos to see what feels comfortable to you.

Phone Upgrade
Personally I go with Android, not a fan of someone telling me what I am allowed to use my phone for and making each model accessories proprietary so you have to buy new chargers and such each time. The Galaxy S5 is water/dust resistant which really helps. Also, look for one which uses Gorilla glass, a lot harder to shatter it if dropped.

Dobyns Crankin' Rods: 705 Glass Vs. 765 Glass
I have the 765 for deep cranks and absolutely love it, but would be no way I would throw squarebills on it. Two completely different setups to properly fish them.

Do Vocal Frogs Signal The Bass?
I agree with Montanaro, do not think it has anything to do with the actual sounds. Just the frogs getting active and moving around which starts to attract bass.

Maryland's Who's who!
Haven't seen the river yet but apparently residents of Clear Spring (just west of Hagerstown) are being told to monitor water levels and have alternate locations to go just in case. The Conococheague Creek is pretty rough at this point. http://www.heraldmailmedia.com/news/breaking/residents-being-asked-to-consider-evacuating-in-clear-spring/article_e1be9dac-f2ec-11e3-b48a-0017a43b2370.html

Finally Treated Myself! Part 2
Nice setup, I treated myself to a Dobyns DX745C with a Shimano CI4 after I graduated. Nothing like treating yourself to nice setups.

Boat Deck - Plywood Or Aluminum?
If possible I would personally go aluminum, can be done lighter and it will last forever.

6:4:1 Gear Ratio.....ugh?!!!
As the saying goes "set it, then forget it", never ever allow slack in the line after hookset. Even if you don't think it was a solid hookset, the slack line will result in more lost fish than ones caught due to a 2nd hookset.

Converting A Transom Mount Minn Kota To Bow Mount
Not sure of a foot pedal option that is worthwhile, but the motor should have screw under the head of the trolling motor which you can take out, rotate the head 180 degrees and put the screw back in. This will switch it around to work on the front of the boat. Honestly if you want a foot control I would buy one made to do that instead of rigging one up, the steps above work well for the hand controlled

River Fishing A Senko
I would suggest to t-rig it with a bullet weight just heavy enough to get it on bottom.
-
Sunup Or Sundown
The only time I have a preference is early spring when a day of sun can raise the water temp a couple degrees in the shallower water, at the point the evenings hours are preferred.

Would This Count As A Foul Hooked Bass?
No that is not a foul hook, and unless you were site fishing it wouldn't matter anyway.

Maryland's Who's who!
Ah okay....Belle Haven can be a tight mess to deal with. Most down there are pretty good. That one always seems to have a log or two in the way.

Maryland's Who's who!
Munkin, what ramp did you launch out of? Yeah the cats seems to be around a lot right now, they love all bass baits, cranks, jigs, spinnerbaits you name it they will hit it.

Maryland's Who's who!
Just a heads up, I have gotten ask a few times before so putting it out there. My club is having a tourney at Black Hills Saturday (June 7th), will be 18 boats so will be pretty busy. We are doing "blast off" at 6am, fishing until 2:30.

Set-Up Chosen, Now For Line?? Help!
The "best" is impossible to answer, personal preference. I would go with 12lb Invizx flouro, it sinks to help get cranks down, has some stretch which is good for tremble hook baits and has less memory than stiffer flouro's. Treating the line with KVD L&L helps immensely with line memory. Spray it on a couple times during spooling then the evening before each trip.

Is 20Lb Pp To Much For A Spinning Reel?
Will work perfectly on a 2500 size spinning reel
