He deserves it. Way to go SKEET!
  2. BASScast only works with Internet Explorer. It will not work with firefox or any other one as far as I know.
  3. Thats insane! I want one! ;D
  4. The weigh-in today would be great if it were live. But gotta wait till late tonight to see it.
  5. Now that the the first 2 days have been fished and the cut has been made, who do you think will win the Classic? My vote is for Skeete Reese. I think he will pull it out.
  6. I, personally, could believe that this can happen. ESPN has ruined the BASS. >
  7. This is why they should just air it live on TV. I think they will lose a bunch of people for this type of stupidity.
  8. I have several lowrider. The are really great rods for the money.
  9. Probably my favorite and most productive worm. I order them by the 100-pack in Grape, blackberry, marmalade, cherry seed, and tequila green. The only drawback to this bait, to me, is the fact that no tackle shops near me carry it so I have to order them.
  10. Zoom baby brush hog and reaction innovations sweet beaver.
  11. I am the only one that actually goes fishing on a regular basis. :'( And the only ones in my family that really fish, are my cousin and uncle.
  12. I voted for Power Pro, but I find that Suffix is equally as good.

I've had some success with the Booyah, but I haven't tried any other brand. But I would recommend the Booyah.
  14. When I was little no one in my immediate family fished at all. It always seemed to be a real treat whenever I would get to go fishing with my uncle and cousin. I would normally just fish for perch with a cork and worm/cricket. Everyday during the week while my parents were working I would stay at my grandparents. There was a pond right by there house, so my cousin and I would spend most days over there fishing, at that time I had a zebco 33 on a pistol grip fishing pole which I got for my birthday one year. One day when we were having trouble finding bait for perch my grandpa suggested that we take some artificial lures and us them. He had some old beetle spins and gave them to us. We went out to the pond and caught tons of bass, but the one that go me completely hooked on bass was the 4lb. bass that I caught. Or atleast it was 4lbs according to my grandpa. I got into fishing saltwater for a little while and caught more redfish, speckled trout, and drum than I could count. Then I began fishing for bass with a friend in high school, the tournament fishing has had me hooked on bass ever since.
  15. This is the most organized way IMO.
  16. Topwater: Devil's Horse Shallow: Mann's Baby 1-minus Medium: Shad Rap Deep: Norman Deep Diver 22
  17. IMO the Citica is the best reel for the price range. And the Citica 200E is comparable to the Curado. Atleast according to tackletour http://www.tackletour.com/reviewshimanocitica200e.html
  18. Definitely the internet, and this website. ;D
  19. I only use Gamakatsu. I like Owner and Mustad, but I have had to the best luck with Gamakatsu.
  20. The only spinning reel I own is a Pflueger President and I have had no problems with it. Works fine every time I need it.
  21. Both. When I need something that I plan on using in a the next couple days I go to the store. If the bait monkey needs a quick fix and I don't need it immediately, then I will usually order online because I can find better deals.
  22. Early May '08. 9" Mann's Jelly Worm, grape, t-rig with 1/2oz bullet weight on a 4/0 Gammy EWG. 9lbs 6oz

I trim the skirts on all my jigs, but I only trim some of the strands, not all of them. I think the bass hit it more when the strands of the skirt aren't all the same length.
  24. Ken Cook has announced that at the end of the 2009 BASS season he will retire as a professional angler. http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/tournaments/classic/news/story?id=3903212
