My best luck fishing has been with Shad Raps, so I guess I will go with some shallow cranks, I will aslo pick up a pointer and try to learn that. Thanks for the info guys.

I was out at the tackle shops this weekend looking around at specials and what not and I actually had the time to look at some of the LC baits. Man they are some beautiful and realistic baits, but are they worth the money. I am a enlisted Marine with a large family but don't mind the spending if there is that much of a difference between these and other brands

I am really trying to learn the most I can for each type of bait. So here is my ? Which is more important for getting the buzz bait up on "plane" the rod length and action or gear ratio in the reel. I was wondering this because I see some people fishing them with somewhat ease, where I feel like I am really cranking to get it up and keep the props spinning.

On the subject of hummers, there was a story earlier in the year about a guy who moved into a enviromental friendly neighborhood in Washington state. He owned a Hummer. I guess the neighbors objected and trashed his hummer by breaking glass busting lights and denting the crap out of it. I don't care what your beliefs are you don't mess with someone else's property.

I have a Stradic 4000MGFa and I love it. I got this model for saltwater, but I imagine the 2500 series are just as well made, I don't think you could go wrong. I will say that I haven't fished any of the other model spinning reels so I can't speak of those.

I think this is the coldest night we have had in SE NC this year. My parents got me a weather monitor for my house and its currently reading 28 outside now. Raleigh had its first flurries of the year today. Might not seem like anything to the New England guys, but we don't get much frozen precip here minus the mountains.

1st half notes. The interim coach ( don't know his name) seems like a kid in a candy store. The mountaineers seem to be having fun, not just because they are winning I have noticed this since the opening drive. Rivers is a speed machine, the kid can run and has moves. OU seems to be giving up after 2nd down on both sides of the ball. I said from before the game started that I hoped WVU pulled it off, but I didn't think they would play like this.

BAM TD WVU, adding fuel to the fire. all smack aside the WVU QB looks like Mike Vick ( minus the dog fighting)

I have a Xbox360 I have had it for 2 years, this past weekend I got the red rings of death. I called Microsoft and they are sending me a pre paid box for shipping and are repairing or replacing for free. I will have to wait about 3 weeks total turn around, but atleast they are standing behind their product. The PS3 is awesome graphics wise, but my only complaint is that there isn't a lot of games out that I like.

Alright Aaron, here's the challenge: If OU wins (which they will) YOU have to start a thread stating that OU is substantially better than WV and openly invite people to laugh at you. You wouldn't notice that much of a difference between the ps2 and 3 in regular tv. The capabilities of the ps3 were designed for an HD TV. I really don't think that they have tapped into the technology that these next gen systems will be able to produce
