Do you think this fish will die?
I recently caught a healthy fish that had a hook in the same spot. Looked like the hook had been their for a while. The fish was fine and the hook just fell out when I tried to get it. Sure it will be fine

Whats been working lately???
Hey guys I haven't been on the water in almost two weeks but I will hopefully be heading out this afternoon. The conditions in spring can change so quickly in 2 weeks, so I'm sure the bass have changed since I have been last out. Whats been working for you guys in New England especially is Mass. Thanks for any input?

The St. Croix premier series crankbait rod is very nice. Love the feel of it and its sensitivity. Great rod for cranking, I would highly recommend it.

What to use?
Hey guys I will be heading out early tomorrow morning. Temps the past two days have been in the high 70s and low 80s the past two days. Tonight is supposed to stay above 60 all night and be 70 by 9am. What baits would you suggest I throw? I am fishing a shallow pond with weeds just starting to grow to the surface. During somewhat colder weather I have been catching bass on jerkbaits and lipless crankbaits. Not sure what water temps are but they are probably in the mid 50s. Thanks

MASSACHUSETTS LUCK?
In 3 weeks I have gotten 12 bass and a couple of pickerel. All caught on either red eye shads or lc pointers. Recently jerkbaits have been working really well. Going out twice this weekend, I will be sure to report how it goes
