I really like crankbaits when the water gets colder, and the good thing is they also work great in the early spring when water is still not that warm.

I have caught three fish on the Tru- Tungsten and surprisingly it was on the fall, weren't very big fish though. but I was happy to catching something on them

white perch, watch out they have some sharp fins on their back

You can also use zip ties, they work very well. Better than o rings

I actually have never caught a fish on them, I prefer regular senkos. but thats just my opinion

I did it once and it was horrible. I kept seeing my buddies catching fish on other things and I was so jealous. it could be potentially helpful to your skills as a angler but its probably best done when fishing alone

Set the hook faster, as everyone said watch your line and really pay attention to your senko

You guys are missing the point of the tru tungsten, its supposed to be tiny. Not everyone can afford to buy a whole separate combo for swimbaits. The tru tungsten is meant to be thrown on a regular crankbait rod. Some people just don't have or want to spend the money for a rod that can throw baits over an ounce. So that's why it is so small.

Fishing is not relaxing at all, I come home exhausted everytime. But it is still enjoyable and fun

I have one and it looks great in the water and its a good quality bait. haven't fished it much, so no luck with it yet. interested to see how people do with it

senko, wacky rigged. but have caught alot of pond bass on crankbaits
