MY GOALS

1 flipping,pitching

2 stay focused on water(trying to figure out pattern)

3 learn to fish offshore structure better

4 get better with electronics

5 keep a fishing log(detailed)

Those are my five goals for 2012, look forward to seeing your guys goals. im at my store right now I will go into more detail on how I am going to try to achieve my goals.

1. Catch bigger fish

2. Catch a state record

3. Catch a World record

Lol, sometimes you have to reach up to the sky :USA:

Find success with the jig.

Numbers, so that I grow confidence in my choices and knowledge of patterns

I have 2 goals for 2012.

1-catch a 5lb or bigger largemouth

2- learn to fish off shore structure. I am a bank beater and want to learn!!!

Same goal every year... try to beat my p.b. of 4lbs 11oz from way back in '09. I'll get a 5 one of these days..hopefully

Finish my bass boat. Somewhere in the mess, buy a Chronarch.

My goal is to become a better "power fisherman". I mostly fish with finesse tactics and would like to get better at fishing jigs, cranks, and spinnerbaits. I would also like to beat my P.B. Smallie.

I am going out later today after i close the store up. I am only bringing my flipping stick and a box of jigs. gonna stay focused and flip every piece of cover i can find. This is the beginning of getting better with my flipping. I will post later and let you guys know how I did. Tight lines boys!!

Learn to fish a jig and offshore structure.

1 dont flip in my kayak while fishing

2 break Ma state record

3 get my dad out on the pond more

4 fomd new places to fish

1. Learn how to fish a jerkbait and drop shot more effectively

2. Catch a new pb, preferably an 8 lber

3. Win 3 tournaments in my tournament trail

1. Go back to my confidence baits. In tournaments I find myself often coming up with a gameplan and not sticking to it long enough and it's cost me. So I wanna just KEEP IT SIMPLE, the stuff I know. Drop shot when needed, I can almost always flip n pitch for a limit...then in summer move offshore for bigger bites w/ footballs/carolinas, etc.

2. Win 3 Tournaments on my trail, AOY...came in 2nd by a HAIR last year :(

3. An 8lber, focus more on flipping some BIGGER baits. Not a swimbait guy, probably never will be. But Majority of PIGS are not caught on swimbaits.

4. Learn my favorite lakes like the back of my hand. I live on 2 lakes...and the way I know those ponds is SUCH a ridiculous advantage---I wanna know other lakes with that intensity. Especially the ones on my trail. On the ponds i live on I dont think there's many who could beat me but 23 years of fishing only 250 acres lol u better know the ins and outs.

5. Break my PB smallmouth (5lbs, 13oz). Probably a lot easier than my 8lber goal for LM believe it or not...in my region i know a few ponds that regularly put out 6lbers and have fished 3 tourneys on one and lunker's been 5-13 (me), 5-8, and 6-3. I know people who swear 7's and my buddy lost one @ the boat, as I was leaned down to lip it, she was on her side, I touched her lip and she shook 1 last time and swam off...I got a GREAT look @ her and I'd be scared to estimate size for fear of being laughed out of here. But it was without question the biggest fattest most ridiculous SM I've ever seen period. And I've seen quite a few over 6...this fish was scary large.

Fish more places I never been to. Beat my personal best for LMB and SMB. Focus more on bottom contact rigs.

My goal for this year is to get my wife to go fishing with me more often.I always enjoy her company and usually she outfishes me.

Somewhere close to a double digit bass, 8 or better at least. Learn to slow WAY down and use jigs. Jigs are doing me pretty good so far this year and I have lost 2 that would break 8 lbs so I am on my way.

My only personal goal for the year is to break into the 13 pound range. I came close a few times last year, d**n sure trying to do it this year. Other than that, it's the standard teach somebody new to fish, spend more time fishing with the kids, etc etc. Everything else will fall into place.

My personal goals are to:

Be more effective on deep structure.

Fish more swimbaits.

Get a bit back to the basics. Use more livebait!

Slow down and enjoy the ride to the cove as much as fishing it. Look up more. Enjoy what all comes with fishing.

Take the neices and nephews out more.

Never fish alone.

My goals are:

1. Videotape my fishing trips. With a hatcam some and a regular video camera

2. Keep a log of every outing

3. beat my personal best 7lbs 2 oz

4. Become more diverse (learm the techniques behind more baits ex. swimbaits and flippin)
