If I had one I'd be a pro.

Lol x2. Probably a tie between a jig or a senko worm if I had to pick.

Ditto. By the way, the pros often get skunked on tournament days, so to all you guys who have a lure that always catches fish regardless of conditions, I'd quit your day job and join a tour. To have a lure that always catches fish means you can always locate willing fish, which is downright amazing.

When I NEED to put a fish in the boat, no matter when/where, or what time of year. I reach for the drop shot rod with a nise hooked zoom tiny fluke on a small hook. It may not always catch bass, but it always catches something.

A jig with a craw type trailer. but then thats all i would have-what fun would that be :Idontknow:

If anything is gonna get bit that day, a Fat Ika will do the trick.

I love my Red Eye Shad But for some reason fish can not resist the Chrome/blue back 1/2 Rat-L-Trap. This lure alone will keep the skunk off most of the time unless it is dead winter. Might not be a LMB but SOMETHING will hit it!

When all else fails a rooster tail will catch some sort of fish. I've caught small mouth, largemouth, spotted bass, crappie, catfish, and all sorts of pan fish on them.

Me too! a rooster tail will always get me a fish (or 4) if i'm feeling a skunk.

If just aiming for bass however, a wacky worm and some patience will do.

A trick worm.

A Manns 9" Blackberry Jellyworm.
