I Think I Have A Swimbait Problem

Featured Replies

I have no more room in my box for new Swimbaits. :(

Wow, nice box'o baits you have there. I just wish I had one or two of those to fish. I'm just staring to get into big swimbaits and don't really have much as of yet, but I plan to change that soon.

Sweet setup.....that is easy to fix, just get a new box... :wink2:

Stupid work filters won't let me see, all I get is the infamous "red X"

I feel your pain on running out of room though. LOL

Get a file/craft box that is deep enough for your baits to not hit the bottom when they are hung vertical.  Get some threaded rods that are ~1 wider than the part of the box under the lip, get some matching nuts and washers and you're done.  Use big snap/swivels as hangers.  ~$20 to make.

I use one without the threaded rods and have the swivels attached to the lid of the box with zip ties, no having to cram by hands into a tight space.

SICK collection!

Nice collection, I know what you mean regarding a few big baits impacting storage. That said it's too much fun not to throw the big stuff.

Nice collection and setup.  Also, I love those treble caps.  I use those myself and have a bag of yellow ones but have only used a couple of them.  Most of my biggest trebles hooks fit the purple size.

I would love to have your problem.

What's the one between the slammers and Bullshads? Also, the chartreuse one in the lower right below the Matts BG bait?

I think you can get one or two more in there...

I wish I had confidence in swim baits. I really never use them...I plan on changing that this year. Nice looking stash by the way
