If the water had a greenish tint I'd opt for the watermelon red.

Green Pumpkin for sure. At least in my neck of the woods.

There are other colors besides green pumpkin?? Huh.  ;)

In clear water, I would not opt for the darkest color.

Green pumpkin cause its more more natural than watermelon red.

Watermelon Red Flake has taken the lion's share of fish for me on Ky Lake this year....and last year as well.

i picked watermelon red because i like a more translucent colored green in clear water , more natural to me ....

In clear water I'd pick watermelon red. If the waters are really clear, I'd pick an even lighter color
