I am in Japan for work and had a chance this weekend to go to a tackle shop that is near by. Come to find out it is one of the bigger ones in the area. It was interesting to walk around a look at all the different lures and other items available. These things sure are expensive though. Prices are on the pics and right now I think its about 90yen / $1. BTW over here daiwa rules the roost ...sorry shimano fans. Any way here's some pics.

Great stuff! I would love to tour the tackle shops in Japan. Thing is, I'd be leaving with a VERY lean wallet.

I didn't buy to much on this trip. Just a spinnerbait and a top water called the bolt trigger by jack all. I have lots more pics but they wouldn't upload so I will try again tonight. We have another trip plan this coming weekend to either the same place or a different one with one of our Japanese friends so we will see how light the wallet is after that.

That first reel pictured looks awesome. Some sort of Alphas variant probably. Thanks for the pics!
