There's a rumor running around that The Scrounga Club recently secured flight reservations for March 2014 on board Aeomexico ~

What's that all about ?

You might be interested to know Chris that the Scrounga Club, in a most unprecedented turn of events,  is having an rare and unscheduled open membership window right around the same time.

Stay tuned for additional information.

I understand auditions are held "American Idol" style, so I'm working on a terrific rendition of Right Said Fred's classic "I'm Too Sexy". My acceptance into the club is all but assured.

Great song choice ~

Don't forget the little tear-away tank top.

And will you be shaving your head ?

Chris if you catch a teenager you can have any position within the "SCROUNGA" CLUB you want. And the hazing period will dissappear.

I'm looking forward to it. I even purchased an extra memory card to hold all of A-Jay's trophy catch pictures.

Well that's mighty nice of you Buddy, I certainly hope we fill that bad boy all the way up !

Hopefully we can inspire Charpo to fire up those Go Pros.

In all honesty, I am only hoping to catch Two Bass on this trip.

The first one is just for practice and the second one  . . . . . .  well, we'll just see what happens.

    :wink3:

It's the second one that puts fear in my heart.

Pb, the last time we were down there, one morning I lost a fish the guide saw, and I did not.  He described it as a "super grande"

I sure hope to see her one day!

An extra grande for around these parts is around 8 (state record is a high 11 if I remember correctly).

I'm gonna catch one someday. And lose control of my bodily functions when it happens.

Or I could just go down with you guys and catch 8's all day long.

Less than 3 weeks now.

And the best thing is just how perfectly my local weather is preparing me for the trip.

The acclimation to the subtropical weather at the lodge just cant help but be seamless for sure.
