There's a clip on one of those "When animals attack" shows where a teenager took a bill thru his cheek and into his throat when the marlin jumped into the boat. Kid survived.

I saw that one. It was crazy!

All I can picture is that sword going through someone's chest and the fish flopping around. Scary indeed.
