Hey guys just wanted to see you guys thoughts..... who do you think will win the Bassmaster Classic, how, and why?

Man, thats a seriously loaded question! The only thing I can say for certain is that it will be a slug fest. I expect BIG weights.

Edwin Evers is due for either a classic or AOY win. That guy is as consistent as it gets. Jason Christie is on a tear in both tours.

You may be right, I  have to admit that I did not check the field.   I am just use to him being there, he did have marginal season last year and may not have made it in. Well at any rate, I hope he pulls off a big win this year.

If it's a ripping a trap out of grass deal, I wouldn't bet against KVD. I'd like to Palaniuk get the win, seems like a great kid, and he's been oh so close before. Really other than Ike, or KVD, there would be nobody better, as far as PR for the sport than him to win it.

Don't count out those California swimbait guys!!!!! That lake has some giant bass in it, and you only need five bites a day. It would surprise me to see a guy like Skeet Reese, Fred Rombanis, or the like catch HUGE bags on spawn-cove points. The conditions should be right for it, providing the water is clear.

Would love to see Gary Klein finally win one.  Not a nicer guy in the sport.

Kid can fish!!! And has been fishing the lake his whole life!!

Sat next to Mark Dove at the BASS Nation Championship awards dinner.  Besides beng a heck of a stick, he's a very nice and interesting fellow!

I don't know who will win, but I wouldn't put a dime on KVD for this one.  Just my gut feeling.  He may do well, but I just don't think he's gonna win this one.
