Unknown Bait

Featured Replies

Several weeks ago I found, at my local tackle shop, a lizard and trick worm bait that had a series of holes half way through the body and tail. These were molded holes as they were very uniformly spaced and shaped. I asked the tackle shop owner who made these as they were not packaged. He had no idea. I inquired at 3 other tackle shops and asked serveral of my local fishing buddies and no one seems to have seen this type of bait before. The hang time is outstanding. They seem to float forever even with a #3 EWG Owner hook.

Have any of you seen this type of bait or know who produces it?

Mr. Whiffle?

I believe Mr. Twister made worms with air holes moded into the body.

Do a search on Producto lures. They've been making worms with holes like that for many years. Great baits too!
