How old are you?

Generally older people do not like to carry phones lol

There's very little coverage in the North Woods -

And as for my age - I'm old enough to know better but young enough not to care . . .

Depends where you fish - other than an extra time piece - not doing me any good.

And that's mostly a good thing.

Having a wife with 3 kids, a 3,6 and 12 year olds at home, I always carry my phone. Just in case.

A depthfinder.  I don't care if its an old flasher unit or a down/side imaging one.  I gotta be able to find that structure.

My hands. Without them, I would not be able to operate a boat, operate my electronics, operate my gear, answer my cellphone, tie knots, and most importantly, utilize the toilet paper in a clean and orderly manner.

A hat. How did we get off subject here, wow, we need to get a line in the water or else.

Soft plastics and 3/0 offset worm hooks

No drinking water and nothing to smoke would put an early end to my day of fishing. Everything else I think i could manage for the day without

Water................

Coffee, cigarettes and bug repellent.

And happiest with no cellphone signal.

Banjo minnow...hahaha (my first post on BR was about the Banjo minnow, classic newbie mistake.)

Seriously though I will vote with the polarized sunglasses people. It makes a huge difference.

My fishing license...I can't afford to replace all of my rods and reels when the conservation officer takes them.

My hands. Without them, I would not be able to operate a boat, operate my electronics, operate my gear, answer my cellphone, tie knots, and most importantly, utilize the toilet paper in a clean and orderly manner.

In that case I change my answer to eyesight. Can you imagine being a blind bass fisherman out on a boat...casting all over the place haha. That would make a good ed bass master video.

My BPS XPS TOPNOCKER lure.  They discontinued the hottest topwater lure I have ever used. This turns me off now from purchasing BPS products.

Not sure why it would turn you off that they stopped making something that wasn't selling. It's not like there was some guy sitting in an office looking over the numbers saying "I can't believe we are selling so many of these, they're just flying off the shelves......better shut down production because this could be profitable!"

For an answer to the post, I'd have to probably say Yum Dingers are something I can't go without.

Hat.  Miserable without a hat.

Taking the question literally, a PFD.
