Went fishing at a two hundred acre lake last night during the blue moon.   Caught a few dinks on a spinnerbait . Around midnight I started catching fish on points with a crankbait . Rapala crankin rap shallow bill red crawfish color. I caught two nice ones and lost a nice one. These came at midnight and 2 o'clock.

It was humid , the    lens kept steaming up. I was using the cameras  timer and was  hurrying   to get the fish back in the water quickly and just forgot to smile . LOL

...not exactly "night fishing" but i did get there before 6 and was able to get a cool shot of the lunar one. I managed 3 largemouth and 2 spots. Took the wife too.

Just giving you a hard time. I usually look like a zombie in night fishing pictures myself.

Night fishing is worth the hassle. There often seems to be a short period after dark that they dont bite well. So give it some time. I use dark color  top waters , spinnerbaits , crankbaits , and Texas rigs. Those are the only four category of lures I've used after sunset and they all have worked .
