Not sure if/where you could find one these days.

e b a y  is worth checking. If its not made anymore then you may have to buy a little high.

Could be a Bomber Flat A, 2 1/2" . The original shallow running A series Bombers are superseded by square bills.

Looks like the Bandit 100, -04 color Brown Craw Orange Belly.  Does it have Bomber on the lip?

Looks like a bandit. But the strike king KVD square bill is close. There's two colors in this size.

Flat A's have a pointed lip and are flat and have TX3 hooks. Still are sold. Still use them. This looks fatter and has a rounded lip. Can't be too old. Looks like it has Triple Grip Hooks. I'm going with Bandit as it has the telltale little ridge sticking out near the bottom. These are still sold also.

Bandit 100 series without a doubt. They use to be the only cranks I fished and that was one of my favorite colors. They're still readily available but if you'd like I have several I'll say are old discontinued Bombers and sell for $10 apiece 

Take a good look at the eyes, those are slightly raised, Bandit doesn't have eyes like that and that tells me the bait is a possibly a custom paint job and most likely a Bomber shallow A which isn't made any more. The closest thing to it in the Bomber line up is the 2A but it isn't the same as the shallow A.

They don't have the raised eyes anymore, but they used to. That's an older model of the 100 series Bandit, back when they use to use bronze Mustad Triple Grip hooks. It has the little channels/indentations in the side that are a dead giveaway to a Bandit bait.
