Ohhh how happy I am I found this Site.

 

 Last year around this time I was working a dead end job, eating up 60 hour a week, not allowing me to have any sort of fun-hobby outside of drinking. This was the same time when a customer (old timer) told me I should take up fishing. As a kid, I would throw the line in every now and then with my dad, but it was more of an after-thought.

 

 Cut to today, I quit my job, found a nice 9-5, bought a fishing kayak, 4 rods and reels, and joined a fishing club. I got the bug. I all I have been doing is tyring to find just a couple people to share some of my new stories and questions with. And this is when I came across BR. I am glad to find a community that has the same goals with fishing conversations. Keep it fun and orignial (and clean).

 

This is not meant to be mushy, I just wanted to find a way to break the ice.

    Welcome!   There are guys on this forum that can answer any question you may have. Heck, they answer questions I haven't thought up yet (and I'm 68 years old and have been fishing at least 58 of those years). Read some of the articles for how to info, and check out the fishing reports section for where, hot to info, and how it worked.
