I just got an email from tackledirect about the exos being 50% off there. A lot of small local company's are doing some big discounts around me.

From what I can see, spinning reels only are on sale......

    If you are referring to "rep samples" or "dealer demos" then yes they can be discounted but not for "new" rods, reels, or products sold by US vendors from my understanding.

     

    This is normally true, but for this instance and this one only they are all brand new rods - until they sell out.  This is for instock rods only.  They don't expect to see anymore rods from MB (other than the Levante) for 6 months to a year.  They received special permission from MB to do so.  

     

    I just picked up a PIII Elseil because of it.   I'll post pics in the 'Show your Stuff' post soon.

    I'll vouch for BioSpawn -- they only have a few baits, but they're all kind of unique and a lot of thought has clearly been put into their designs.
