Thanks in advance!!

BPS has them. I use them on all my cranks and jerks. Great innovation!

FWIW, the XPS oval split rings aren't that good. The metal isn't that elastic and will not return to it's original shape after installation.

Yep. I've got a bag of them I won't use because of that.

I have had some open on mme during install, and they get changed. I have not had every one do it to me though. Do the LC brand not have that problem at all? I like the black aspect of the XPS brand. I know the LC are grey in color. The ones at Jann's and Barlows are bright silver I think.

Split rings?

If so Dicks has them

I bought my Oval LC rings on eBay. Just find them. They are about 3-4 bucks a pack of 12.

What is the advantage of these over round split rings? I am curios about these!

I have no idea.  Honestly, I prefer the round ones.

The advantage that I like is that you don't have to worry about tieing your line in the "split". With a round ring you have the opportunity to tie where the split ring splits. That may pinch your line and weaken it. If you tie on the opposite side, then the split is in the eye of the lure, IMO affecting the action. This is just my opinion.

The theory is that youre knot will never slip to the split in the ring, cause the split is in the straight section of the ring. I guess i bought it cause i put em on almost all my cranks ;D
