It really varies, but I would say on a yearly basis well over $1000.  Some of that comes from selling stuff off to buy newer/different stuff, the rest is TW, BPS and other online retailers.

Tackle, storage, and attire south of 1k a year. I refuse to admit, accept, or disclose my rod amount even after reselling my older stuff that usually doesn't age more than three years.

My last TW order a couple weeks ago was $350.62. Of course, as soon as it got here I remember some things I forgot to order.

The collecting is half the fun for me.

I haven't spent much at all on tackle this year. Just some line, hooks and jigheads.

But, my rod building shop is very well equipped. An Alps power wrapper with upgrade chuck, separate rod dryer motor and stands, a PLC based system I put together and programmed to run both dryers, Rikon mini lathe, five different chucks for the lathe, turning tools, cork jigs and saws, mandrels 1/4" - 5/8", multiple clamping devices, turning tools, Worksharp knife sharpener used to prep guide feet, HEPA filter, dehumidifier, dust collection system, two benches, a brazillion cork rings, don't know how many spools of thread, etc, etc, etc,,,

I haven't added it all up, but it's way more than I've ever spent on tackle in any comparable time frame.

Not much anymore. I have enough tackle to las a long ass time. But I am expecting 2 phoneys 2 more hinkles and 3 hinkle trout before fall time. Swimbait waitung list game is no joke. That's gonna set me back a bit. 1 trout on ebay should cover most of that though.

I spend way more than I should, but not enough to keep me satisfied... ?

Its never ending. Right when I tell myself enough is enough, I go right back to the for sale section of every forum I frequent and look for more stuff. And I love it. lol

Way too much. Probably about 800 a year, mostly TW on black Friday and Christmas

That depends on who is asking and since I have no personal relationship with anyone here, I respectfully exercize my constitutional right given to me by the 5th ammendment

Around 300 a month, im a sucker for swimbaits

Ha! Must be nice

With my recent promotion, my wife hasn't complained too much in the $300/month range.

I typically do $100 or so per month, even when I only need $20 worth of gear. I mean you're just missing out if you don't spend the extra money to get the free shipping right?

My wife calls me a fishing nerd, but who cares...

Don't even ask. example,,,,,once a crankbaits works I purchase every color shallow and deep. I do the same with every bait.

If I don't spend my money on me the misses will spend it on the next guy right?

I honestly have to say about $400 a year. This includes rods and reels too. I do try to save bigger stuff like rods and reels and even some of the pricier lures for Christmas, birthdays, Father's Day, Anniversary etc. so that it technically doesn't come out of my own pocket, I also go down twice a year to visit my Dad who lives in Pennsylvania near the Cabelas store in Hamburg, PA and him and my stepmom always treat us to a few purchases there (they have a Cabelas card so a majority of those are covered with the points). For example this year I bought two reels out of pocket, one cost $80 and the other would have cost the same but I got it on sale for $40 so there's $120 right there and I've easily spent another $200 on lures, line and miscellaneous stuff like tackle bags and trays. I would LOVE to be able to afford $300 per MONTH in tackle but unless i win the lottery that's not gonna' happen anytime soon...lol.

I can't be left alone in  cabelas or bass pro or I'll be walking out -$900  but I'm gonna say I'm about 170$ a month  lose a lot of rapalas
