Nope I can't see that. I can only see it as far as the points column. Maybe it because I'm looking on my phone?

Points wise, Tharp was the choice - one of the few times a Bucket A choice will give you some distance on the rest of the field.  I think the other difference maker will turn out to be Mueller in buck

If you look at the way that points are awarded in Fantasy Fishing rules, you are awarded the same number of points no matter how many other people have picked a particular angler. HOWEVER, (my pers

Ok I'm an idiot...I turned my phone side ways and I can see it.

I've had a major fart in my brain this week, with the circuit city deal and now not turning my phone sideways. ?

Did the same thing yesterday ?

Haha maybe but the flu has had me doing some weird stuff the past few days

I'm not sure what kind of phone you have but until yesterday I had a small dinosaur and couldn't see it if I turned it sideways, now that I have a bigger phone and turned it sideways I can see it. I'm not a tech. person at all so that's my only input.

I don't know what to do about Tharp either. Every time I picked him last year he bombed. I wanted to pick him last we, but didn't want him to bomb. If I pick him he'll bomb in I don't pick him he'll probably win the whole thing!

Just let us know if you decide to pick him. ?

Never knew about the turning your phone sideways trick. Always assumed the mobile site was just limited compared to the desktop version. Will come in handy at work! Thanks!

Here is the problem with the big O.

Everyone loves flippin and pitching and there are a lot of big bass to be had and lots of room to do your own thing.

Anyone in the field can win this thing.  The difference being if someone is good with spawning bass and knows when to leave (or finding a spot to yourself with lots of big spawners to last 4 days).

Looks like rain and temps dropping into the mid 70 wed-fri wonder how that will mess with the spawners and sight fishing?

Is there a place you can look at the history of winners at elite series events?  or like AOY standings and corresponding placements in tournaments?

I use a website called "Google". It's pretty nifty.

You can click on there name and then from there see how an individual did in every tourney they fished. Unless they don't have a ton of BASS events, then like above Google helps.

Can you show me how to use it? I have never heard of it before.

Yeah I have done that.. I guess I am looking to see if all the results are compiled somewhere that I wasn't able to find.

Edit:  Oh I didn't realize you could click on the numbers and it would show you everything.  Still would like a compiled list if its out there though.

If you find one let me know bout it!

How often do you guys change your picks based on watching the social media updates that the anglers give or interviews on bassmaster and the like? Sandbagging is so prevalent that I rarely trust what I hear in the practice interviews, but occasionally I may change something up based on learning new information in an interview.

Fisherman never tell the truth. Especially if there's 100k on the line. I stick with my original picks.

It depends more on the lake for me.  If it's a place I know a lot about, like Okeechobee, I usually only look at past results and go off of what I know about individual angler strength's and gut instinct.  If it's a place I don't know much about I tend to be swayed more by outside sources.

I joined, not sure about my picks again, but can't be much worse than the first week lol.

I did it. I found anglers in every single bucket that are owned under 15% that have great track records in Florida and I'm confident will do well. Took me a while of doing research to find the guys but I'm excited about this one.

I am looking forward to talking with you about Bucket C once the tournament begins and we reveal our choices.  The tough thing about that bucket is that everyone in it has bombed in Florida more than once & I believe all that have fished BASS tournaments on Okeechobee have at least 1 time fell flat on their face.

Like you, I also stayed away from any favorites and have all guys under 15% who have done well in Florida.  What is the chance you & I have the same five picks :o ??.  I'll make you an offer, if we do indeed have the same five picks and we both end up the overall winner for the event, how about we split the 3K BPS gift card instead of the tie breaker breaking one of our hearts?

Good luck.

Well my team is set and fingers are crossed! That Circuit City gift card is mine!

I just received a text from Glenn and for this event only, he is adding a voucher for a round trip flight on Pan American World Airways anywhere in the continental United States to the Bass Resource winner.

I'm having a hard time choosing someone is group D. Was originally leaning toward Howell now I've changed my pick to Kreiger and I'm still not happy with it. Atleast I feel really good about my other choices. Lol
