That Low will move into se Canada and dump cold air into VA MD DEL WV maybe NC. It will also FORCE the next system / Low to stay south... for FEB 16 which COULD ...COULD ... bring significant snow to VA MD DEL....

Looks like good weather to make a snowman.

 The weather here in Southern Illinois is crazy also. When I went to bed last night it was 22°. At 8:00 this morning it was 38° . Now at noon it is 57° and will undoubtedly break 60° before the day is done. 

Hmmmm .... in my necks of the woods when it rains .... it rains.

A high of 25 degrees yesterday and a high of 50 degrees today. Tomorrow they are calling for snow turning to rain followed by a spattering of locusts and frogs. Hmmmm....

Upstate NY is ready for another 8-12" tomorrow. 

 

Beware.  The yellow snow. 

 

It's 60 degrees here on the coast in California today.
