Scheduled off work tomorrow, anyone else?

Featured Replies

Going to a new Lake tomorrow to scope it out and wet a line.

We've had 60's here in Western PA this week, so I took off Friday to go out and try a new lake.

I'll provide an update after my trip.

Anyone else skipping/taking off work or school to fish?

Now I just need some soft water.

We have a scheduled maintenance shutdown tomorrow and Monday, so I will definitely be wetting a line in the morning. It is supposed to be 73 here tomorrow! Perfect timing.

I'm skipping out tomorrow afternoon.

Yup, taking off tomorrow to fish too!

Good luck everyone, sounds like a plan! Everyday is Saturday :)

It's supposed to hit 72* here tomorrow, so the answer is YES!

I am feeling a sickness coming on as well. 76 here tomorrow now to decide between a lake or a river.

Cut out at noon yesterday and spent the afternoon fishing. Not too many 80 degree days here in February

Got that pole in the work truck every day if it gets slow.Had about 25 min. today between stops.Caught 1 at one of my old ponds out on the way.

That's the type of weather we hd during the drought in January and February last few years. Hope they were chewing GLK

Got the day off tomorrow too. Supposed to be 60 up hear in Ct. but the lakes are still 1/2 froze. I'm heading to the river to see how the trout are doing.

Yeah I'm off tomorrow, but since I'm retired does it count as scheduled?

By the way, what day is tomorrow?   :dontknow:

Roger

yeah i'm gonna probably be off half a day.  front moving through.  supposed to be warm but the wind is supposed to blow over 17 mph.  not sure if i'll go or not.  definitely gonna try to fish saturday.  the temps will be 25 degrees colder but less wind.  cold fronts are more suited to my style of fishing anyway.
