Photoshoped.

If you zoom in on the pic you can see that the boy does not have a left hand his hand is missing in the pic only the bottom part of his Palm is there.

This is a real picture but the guy who took the picture used camera tricks to make the alligator look larger than it is(similar to how people long arm a bass to make it appear much larger than it really is).

A local taxidermist is now paying people for road-killed armadillos in Florida (I am serious)

There's tons of armadillos in one of my hunting spots in South Florida and they are very easy to catch if you wanted to catch them.I leave them alone since they don't look very appetizing and armadillos are known carriers of the bacteria that causes Leprosy.

Leprosy?  Really?  Learn something new every day.

Yes many armadillos in Florida have Leprosy and there have been a couple cases where people contracted Leprosy from armadillos.Plenty of articles online on this subject, let me know if you want me to post an article about armadillos with Leprosy in Florida.

My first thought was Photoshoped or at least arranged for maximum visual effect.

I"ve seen a lot of big gators & a lot of John Deer tractors something aint kosher!

Huge gator and perfect camera angle is what it looks like to me.

I saw a show "Monsters Inside me" on tv a kid got it after getting blood from an Amarillo on his boots. It almost killed him! They're funny looking but stay away I guess.

Love seeing alligators when I am fishing since I know they are a sign of a healthy ecosystem.Have seen both alligators and crocodiles while fishing , the crocodiles seem to keep their distance from fishermen more than the alligators.

Alligators would kind of scare me but American Crocodiles are super cool. I am going to Costa Rica pretty soon and hope to see a bunch!

I agree it's best to leave the armadillos alone.

American crocodiles are absolutely beautiful animals and they get quite large in certain parts of South Florida.I have seen several over 12 feet in length, they look like dinosaurs when they are this big.Haven't been to Costa Rica but would definitely like to visit, its a beautiful country with amazing fishing.
