What is the brand of this lure?!

Featured Replies

Hi there,

I am brand new to BassResource and am hoping you all can help me! This is my all time favorite lure for bass so far. I've gotten 26 in one day on this sucker and I can't for the life of me find the exact one anywhere! I've seen some strike king models that are similar but the kraken series doesn't have as great of action as this guy. Any ideas of where I can find the exact one for the inevitable loss of this?!?

Hello and Welcome to Bass Resource ~

Unfortunately I can't help you, Billy or Elton with that bait ID.

Good Luck though . . .

Not sure..

If I had to guess... It would be that it is a custom painted bandit.

Did you buy it in a factory package at one time?  It looks strangely like a Bandit that someone customized with a felt die marker. Iv'e never seen that pattern before.

It is a Bandit and the color is called fried squash. New to me.  There you go.

That is a bandit crankbait. The color is FRIED SWASH.

It is sold at TW :)

Thank you so much guys! I see the other bandit colors that will be perfect. I tend to grab random ones at BassPro and Cabelas that look good at the time like I'm shopping for groceries so I'm sure it came in a factory package at some point. I'll try the other colors out but thanks again, now I won't feel completely helpless when this one is gone! :P

Welcome and don't be a stranger here.  There's plenty of good information and good folks here.

Welcome!

I am glad you've found the Magic Pill we are all looking for.

@Columbia Craw, @kdw96,

Is it a 100 series?  The photo @PianoManBJEJ posted looks like the line tie is on the tip of the lure and not on the bill.

It's either a 100 or a Footloose, and I believe you'd be able to see the bill on a Footloose since they point almost directly downward.
