Well made it to the open water & had a very great day of Smallmouth fishing.

i have pictures on my phone & I don't know how to get them to my I pad to post them. Lol

we caught over 150 bass between 2 & 4.5 lbs 5 of them went over 4 lbs. water was 40 degrees 

3 of us in the boat & barely anytime in the boat without a smile on our faces.

150 bass will make you tired.  Sounds like a great day.

Care to tell us what baits and techniques caught all those cold water smallies?

Sounds awesome....would really not care to wait that long to go fishing though.  Not that patient!

We caught most of the fish on a Ned rig with TRD some also were caught on a 2.5" tube moved very slowly on the bottom. Have to say thanks for the advice from the forum here as patients was rewarded .
