Yep, just read his "International Fishing News" infomercial ad it's another beauty: Bite Lights

"Three fishermen using the lure in Mexico caught 650 largemouth in 25 hours"..."Wyoming has banned the lure, Canada may follow"..."A Tournament fisherman in Florida tried everything in his tackle box and had no bites. He switched to the new lure, caught a bass on his first cast and had his limit in 45 minutes."

Better get yours before they are all sold out! Only $39.95 + $7.00 s/h =$46.95 and any additional set is only $34.50, no matter how many sets you order!

"If the lure you're talking about can simulate a live, bleeding fish, a few fishermen could probably empty a lake with it...Three almost did!"

Order yours today, before it's too late!

BTW, The formating of the advertisement is virtually identical to the Kick-Tail and his Golf Club promotion. Maybe not too creative, but apparently somewhat successful. There's a fool born every minute. I keep my Kick-Tails prominently displayed in a hard box just to remind myself to NEVER let this happen to me again!

Yea I saw that a while ago and was like oh god not again... I wonder what the next 'scam' will be? Maybe a lure that reels itself in?

From what i heard of them lakes in Mexico you can catch that many bass with any lure  ;D

  • 3 weeks later...

Mexican lakes are tough to fish...I fish them all the time; lakes like Sugar Lake and El Cuchillo...soft plastics work best flipped and pitched in general, but the bute gets tough and some days you can't even get a limit just as is the case in most lakes certain times of the year...I seriously doubt they caught 650 bass

so  you actually bite it once huh ;D

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but before I'd pony-up that kind of money,

I'd want a guarantee that I can cast it with my Roland Martin Rocket Rod  laughing7.gif

650 bass divided by 25 hours = 26 bass per hour

26 bass per hour divided by 3 anglers = 8.66 per angler per hour

October 21st 2002 on Toledo Bend; Texas Rigged Worm

170 bass divided 8 hours = 21.25 bass per hour

21.25 bass per hour divided by 3 anglers = 7.03 per angler per hour

I'll sale you the exact worms for $29.95 per 20 + $7.95 for s/h = $37.90 and any additional set is only $30.00, no matter how many sets you order!
