Spinnerbait/Buzzbait storage?

Featured Replies

Whats a good box to put my spinnerbaits and buzzbaits in. I would like something thats basically deep to hold them without any dividers in it. I also don't want a huge box, I want to be able to fit it inside my backpack.

This Flambeau is perfect for 6 baits.  Not buzzbaits tho.

Buzzbaits don't fit in it?

maybe, but a tight fit

Try a Plano 3607. It’s a medium sized box with no dividers. It’ll hold plenty of spinnerbaits and buzzbaits (loosely of course) and not take up much room.

I have a number of the small Flambeau spinner bait boxes mentioned a few posts ago.  They work great.  When I was fishing tournaments I liked them because they let you bring a few of the different kinds you might need, but you didn't need to bring the whole spinner bait box.  Generally I had a box for muddy water spinnerbaits, one for clearer water spinnerbaits and a third one for short arm thumpers.   The boxes don't work for buzz baits.  I took a 3600 size box and went to work with my Dremel and cut notches so that the buzz baits would kind of stay in place, and that worked ok.

Perfect just what I need, Thanks :)

I use a worm binder for my spinners and buzzbaits!  It will definitely fit in your pack!

I also use a worm binder. Takes up very little space.

I'm another one that uses a worm binder.

5th for the binder/CD case.  The only thing that doesn't fit for me is double propped buzzbaits.
