Wife is out of town and I’ll be free from the chains of studying and clinical responsibility for two whole days!

    Congrats on getting close to finishing up med school and best of luck with the boards (not that you need it!). If you've ever considered settling down in Northern CA to live and practice near some of the best bass waters in the country let me know... could hook you up with a sweet deal as a new doc.

    All of my residency applications went to Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat/Head and Neck Surgery).

    Had to have my sinuses corrected surgically to stop a bad post nasal drip and lost my sense of smell and taste.

     

    But I no longer have those really bad sore throats and congestion.

     

    You win some and you lose some.

     

    And you can use your medical knowledge to buy the correct scent for your baits!!!!! :)

    Found out today I passed!

     

    Whew, what a relief!

     

    Celebrating by going fishing on Friday.
