Ollies has fresh fishing gear

Featured Replies

I picked up a bunch of Z Man chatter baits at Ollies for $4 each.

Havoc bugs were $2 a pack as were ZOOM plastics.  They had a lot of all of it.

If you have one near you, it might pay to swing by and see what's hanging on the racks

Thanks, I think one just opened up here recently and there are a few in neighboring towns.

The Ollies on Richmond road has been here for several years But it is always a crap shoot as to whether they will have any fishing stuff.

I hit one up yesterday that I didn't even know we had after remembering someone mentioning on here about the Chatterbait prices and sure enough they had a box full of them for $3.99, a box full of assorted Zoom plastics, a box full of Berkley plastics, and a bunch of other stuff including some Vicious line, 330 yds. for $3.99 is just about every test strength.

Yeah, I had no idea how long it has been there, but thought it was more recent than several years, haha.  Thanks

Ollie's re. fresh, good, or just decent fishing gear; some stores yes, some stores no.  Luck of the draw.  Unfortunately, the store near me is a nothing for fishing gear.

I wonder if this is gear from some of the Gander out doors stores that have closed.  We have had at least 4 if not more  close there doors in Michigan.  Supposedly they only kept the stores that could sell RV’s out front

Thanks!

I went last night. Got a few spools of Vicious line and as many Booyah One Knockers as I could carry.

Probably gonna hit it up tomorrow!

I just left my local Ollies. They had a lot of Z Man chatter baits but all were 3/8s. I stocked up and now I'm thinking of going back for more.

Bass pro fishing classic sale has chatterbaits on sale for $3.59 I plan to buy quite a few at bass pro.

Stopped by mine today, and same kind of reports. They had tons of 3/8 chatterbaits and Zoom plastics. I also saw some LC jerkbaits. I passed as I don't really need anything they had.

Might have been.  There were Gander brand tubes at mine.  But there were also Bass Pro brand items.  There were also a ton of tiny ice fishing-specific lures from midwestern brands.  In Atlanta!

Wow that would be nice.  No such luck in Georgia.  Only thing remarkable is ice fishing gear.

Yep, I landed an arm load of zoom trick & finesse worms last week. I will have to scoot back and check out the chatter baits.

Our local stores had LC Skeet Reese Square Bills and a bunch of Duel and Yo-Zuri cranks. Brian.
