I'm not much of a crankbait guy so that said I've never really seen or at least noticed this color. I was watching bassmasters cast from the past last night and they talked to David Fritts about his 93 classic victory. His primary crankbait in that tournament was in the Homer color basically a green back with chartreuse sides and a little orange on the throat. I've used chartreuse blue back but never homer. Anybody have experience with it? Is this some secret color pattern in not aware of? Hoping you old school crankers chime in and drop some knowledge on me

Secret - lol. Fritts kind of put it on the map back in the 90s, and about every serious cranker at the time owned a whole bunch of them. Has always been my favorite color to this day nearly 30 years later. Don't forget to hang it in your window or leave it out on your dash so you can dull down the finish, too   

i went diggin’ and found mine. i got a set of the Poe’s Elite when they first came out.

Well maybe not secret but just missed or forgotten now days. When he won the classic I was 10 years old so I didn't know anything about it. It's not a color I hear mentioned often.
