My cousin lives on the Gulf Coast of Florida and he wasn't so lucky this past week. The storm took out his dock and boat, his garage, two cars, and a couple of jet skis. Luckily the house is OK. He's still without power but has a generator and plenty of fuel and food and the family is unharmed..

To echo Glenn...26 days without power? Wow! I didn't read the entire thread, man that made my jaw drop. Glad you made it through. And I don't mean the lack of TV, I mean everyone around you also having no power and needing food and everything else, wow I can only imagine.

Here we've had 2, maybe even 3 days in a row with clear blue skies. It's been solid smoke for weeks including the smell as well as ashes getting all over everything, including our lungs.

Wishing everyone here the best.

I can’t believe another one headed your way.  No one should have this much bad luck.  You are in our thoughts and prayers on the Gulf Coast.

Hurricane Zeta is currently in Louisiana at this moment in time. It is almost the end of hurricane season so let's hope this is the last hurricane for 2020.
