I was looking into to some LC 1.5 squarebills and noticed they have colors that start with TO, as in TO Chartreuse, TO Craw, etc. What does the "TO" stand for?

Not 100% sure by my guess would be that Takihiro Omori came up with the color for that bait.  He is on their pro staff!

Then there's MS...which isn't a person, but stands for "magic scales" and I have yet to figure out what BP stands for in colors like BP Golden Shiner

Are not the TO cranks the exact same thing they use to call RC cranks?
