Hi guys, long time reader, first time poster.  I borrowed a buddy's lure and of course, lost it.  He said it was a Lucky Craft Pointer Deep Diver and thinks it's a 78 but did not know the color.  Does anyone recognize that color from the pictures?  He said they were discontinued and would be very hard to find but I want to make it up to him as best that I can.   Thanks

That orange belly is throwing me for a loop.  Can't find anything with that orange belly.

For what it's worth... Lucky Craft's website has INFINITELY more colors for their baits than you'll find on TW or anywhere else.

 

Edit- still don't see it though... 

Think its a 78spdd in Tennessee shad.

That's the closest I can find after a brief search, but Tennessee Shad has an orange dot, whereas the one in the OP has an orange stripe. Still, that might be the difference between the discontinued design and the current one.

Might find one on eBay.

Mine has the orange stripe the length of the bait. I don't fish with this color very often so I didn't know they changed it.

Interesting. I never got a good look at the bottom from the pictures (and I'm too cheap to buy Lucky Craft), so maybe it didn't change as much as I thought it might have.

Went digging through my stuff to find out what's the deal with this color. Below are pictures of both old and new color of TN shad. 

 

Oh and you are looking for a LC pointer that I don't own which is hard to believe.
