Bubblegum or sherbet colored floating worms on a shaky head are my "go to" in stained water.

Zoom Trick worms in bubblegum on a shaky head. The dirtier the water the better, and I usually hose it with garlic or craw scent.

Never had success on white colored soft plastics, morning dawn is a neat color though. definitely gonna try to throw it more. might even throw a morning dawn roboworm on a dropshot tomorrow when I fish my clear but weedy in some spots reservoir.

? very productive color pattern, I like fishing the RoboWorm version also. Over the winter I picked up the Berkley version, bit fatter in diameter. Have not broken them out yet. Good Luck.

Pearl white Zoom flukes and ultra vibe speed worms are my jam in the summer for weedy shallows.

Pearl grubs will catch fish just about anywhere.  In the spring chartreuse laminates or dying tails can make a big difference in numbers and size.  I dont really use bubblegum in freshwater, but I throw it all the time for stripers and weakies.

I've used pearl colored crankbaits in clear water for years. In my waters that color works best when there is small shad in the lake.

Chartreuse, and chartreuse with black flakes, works best fished around vegetation in clear water.

About the only time I use bubble gum is pre spawn when the water is murky.

That makes sense, My old grandfather used to say the bubblegum used to look like a craw coming out and molting his shell from a long winter, (not that he bass fished but he used to keep craws and cook them).

Never leave home without it.  Saved a trip to lake St Clair one year because it was the only bait the smallmouth would hit.  Drug it weightless like a tube.  Yamamoto DShad.
