Not sure what subforum this fits in.

anyways. I was wearing the ubiquitous sun shirt hoodie.  Love them. But recently I’ve been gravitating towards the button up long sleeve.  Heck, I wear them mountain biking.

my luck the Simms button up is d**n near sold out everywhere.  My wife thinks she saw them at a local men’s store at the mall.  I’ll go today to suss  it out.

‘’the Columbia ones I have are nice.  Cooler than a pullover. And I stink less.  Haha.

any other recommendations?

I have multiples of these in short and long sleeve. Weird thing is even though they are the same label they are two different fabrics. One feels like a garbage bag and the other is light and airy and they all came from amazonhttps://www.columbia.com/p/mens-pfg-tamiami-ii-long-sleeve-shirt-FM7253.html?dwvar_FM7253_color=873

Have you checked the Simms website?  Seems it's in stock there: https://www.simmsfishing.com/shop/mens/shirts/big-sky-ls-shirt-1

I really prefer the vented shirts, but have gotten used to a hood.  ....clearly a first world problem

Let’s be frank.  All our problems are first world problems.

I wear a lot of Aftco, but all the major brands seems to be effective.  I keep an eye on their sale page

https://aftco.com/collections/mens-sale

Also, stay away from fabric softeners for the moisture wicking and anti-stink and stain.

I’m by far a rich man but do OK.

$62 for a shirt, to fish in, is about as ridiculous as I’ve seen.

$62 would more than cover the shirt, shoes, pants and underwear that I fish in.

Good to know

Thanks for sharing.

I picked up some inexpensive long sleeve shirts from amazon...i think they were $19 for two. Pretty good quality, block the sun, comfy.

Also found these at the Wal-Mart.

We all bob our heads to music of a different beat. It’s what makes life grand.

I don’t consider cost in an internet discussion-anymore, the people are much too varied.

If some of you woke up and found only my money in your bank account, you  would jump out of a window. :)
