I eat a half dozen or so wild mushrooms . Today I came upon a jack pot . Way more than I can use .Mushrooms all over Super fresh Oysters . I'm frying some for supper tonight .

My wife and my brother fry these up with butter and it’s pretty good, we were finding lots in late august. Chanterelle (sp?)

Looks like that tree is growing Mora on a steek too.

Thats another I eat . They were plentiful this year.

 I love my Mora . There were some larger ones up higher , Had to  improvise .

My brother is the local mushroom guru and said these were edible......forget what he called them but they were very good. 

Beartooth Lions' Mane?  If so, they're delicious!  Lightly pan fried in butter, the taste and texture is a little like lobster.  And none of the harmful/poisonous fungi look anything like them.  They're about the only wild fungi I'll forage.
