Lead bullet weights have always worked fine for me. Slowly transitioning to tungsten just to be environmentally conscious. Probably stick with the same traditional shapes

Narrower in one profile - wider in another....I'll just stick with standard bullet shape. This looks more like a marketing ploy than a 'fix'.

Fixing a problem that doesn’t exist?

More like creating a problem that didn't exist. These aren't new as i got some last year from reaction tackle ( i think) and bps sells these as well i believe. Anyway seemed like a good  idea to me, the streamlined look, however as often as not the weight ended up perpendicular to the bait which i personally found annoying. Now if they went back to the drawing board and molded in a screwlock to secure it i might  give them another shot.

Edit: i should add that i was pegging these not sure how they would function unpegged.

I tried some from another vendor and gave them away.

pretty unnecessary. marketing ploy, but to each their own!

It's not difficult to trim a bit off the tip of a beaver to get the weight to fit seamlessly.... much more seamless than that monstrosity..

Maybe make it a little tougher to fall down into the rocks and get snagged, but I don't usually fish a T-rig on heavy rock anyways.
