Anyone have experience ordering from Tackle Trap ? How is their service ? 

First class in every way.

P.S. They ship super fast. I ordered a Zillion G on a Friday at 3:30 pm and it arrived the following Monday. Same with the Daiwa Catalina TW I ordered from them a year and a half earlier. 

They are truly one of the best in the business.

Until now….it keeps saying my billing information is wrong and it’s not. 

So call them directly. Unless they're at the Classic someone there will pick up and not from a call center.

Nah… they lost me first time trying to order from them. Went with *** while thing took 2 minutes. 

Ordered reel parts from them twice, first order took a little while because they did not have all that I ordered and relayed that info to me, second order took less than a week.

Great great great company! Super fast shipping too!  Don’t disregard them over a simple order issue without a phone call etc …

Just today I happened to watch a video they produced detailing a handful of Japanese flat side square bills and it answered a bunch of questions I had about each, one of the best retail shop videos I've seen to be quite frank.

I've been in their store many times. Brian is a very approachable and friendly guy. First rate service as well. Everyone has web ordering issues from time to time, especially on weekends. I can and will personally vouch for Brian's customer service. 

I just saw on their FB page that they've been closed since Thursday as they have a booth at the Classic Expo. One guy elsewhere was able to grab a new Daiwa TW 80 from them.

They are my go to on line place.  It used to be TW but their shipping time has plummeted beyond explanation as mentioned on other threads.  Tackle Trap is fast with great prices.

In the summer, I ordered a Diawa Tatula reel and a Diawa rebellion rod. Before I ordered, I talked to Gary to get info on the rebellion rod. Everything was packaged well. Got them in 2 or 3 days, standard shipping. I live in tn which is not that far. It takes over a week for tackle warehouse. They don’t have as big as a selection as tackle warehouse. That is the only downside.

The few times that I have either ordered or reached out to them, they have been awesome. What I like the most about them is that they are very knowledgeable.  They know their stuff and are passionate about it.
