Not exactly cerein which attributes are important to you in a 'deck boot'

but these UA  HOVR™ Dawn WP Boot are pretty killer.

I have a couple of pairs both insulated & non in the Camo and the black.

They are super comfy - like wearing slippers with support.

Lightweight & breathable synthetic & textile upper with welded overlay for added protection & durability

Unisex UA HOVR™ Dawn WP Boots, Brown, pdpZoomDesktop image number 0

Breathable membrane is 100% waterproof but still allows sweat to escape so you stay dry

External heel counter for added stability

Molded, anti-microbial Ortholite® sockliner prevents the growth of odor-causing microbes

Responsive UA HOVR™ cushioning reduces impact, returns energy & helps propel you forward

High-traction rubber lug outsole for enhanced grip on a variety of surfaces

Say fishing boots, shrimp boots, or T.I.T.S. (on the eastern shore of Maryland) if you don't want to sound like a rookie. The functionally best (unless you are fishing in extremely cold weather) are the basic white Red Balls made by a few different manufacturers, the impress your friends "best" live on the Melton website.

On dry boats I normally just wear cowboy boots (Ariats are far and away my favorite).

Wet boats I prefer flip flops, but if it’s cold out a pair of rubber boots marketed as duck boots/hunting boots do well. Lacrosse is the most comfortable brand I’ve tried on.
