Jokes on you i use 3oz jigs and paracord for line.

I then take a whole pack of Zman TRD's and mix them in a bag with senkos.

After 3 days in a hot car i stick the melted baits in the freezer, 2 hours and then i have a 3 foot long ned rig.

I learned to Ned rig from one of Ned's friends that helped creat the rig/concept. I use to run into Ned on the water pretty often when I had weekdays off. The heaviest Ned rig head in my box is 1/16oz. I'm familiar with it.

I use a Ned made by a friend.  His secret is using a trout hook.  Very thin wire, wicked sharp and I have yet to break one.  I have had one straighten out with a snakehead but it was me removing the hook. He now makes it with a separate barb bait keeper poured into the head and they are great.  I don’t know the size of the hook but for reference, the pic is of a 5” Yamamoto California Roll.  

That hook looks like a Partridge Universal Preditor X but its a jig hook so it cant be the preditor hook
